Nancy Miiller is a spiritual coach, course & workshop facilitator, ordained ministerial counselor, Flower Essence practitioner, energy healer, article writer, ceremonial writer, and co-founder of Reconnect from Within®. Sometimes stress comes at you when you least expect it; even with joyous events. Life changing events such as becoming a new parent, purchasing your first home, getting engaged or married, earning a promotion, moving to a new city or state are wonderful, exciting, challenging, and deserving experiences.

And at the same time can open the door to your hidden, ‘what ifs’. Those, ‘what ifs’, can appear like huge black clouds hanging over your head, raining down a litany of your doubts, fears, and worries. What if I can’t handle this new change? What if my boss doesn’t like me? What if I can’t handle the mortgage? What if I fail? What if I hate my new position and this new city? What if I’ve made a mistake? Slowly you begin to hear that silent scream in your mind.
